DragoX.org is a Multi-Gaming community; as such our member list incorporates players from a wide variety of games and different backgrounds. We understand that everyone is busy in with real life issues so we do not force our members to be constantly active in order to get promoted or to become a member. Like you, we see this community as a kind of sanctuary from every day worries and duties. We are constantly searching for new members to include in our community in the hopes of expanding the enjoyment we receive from the games we play and our time spent here.

Any one and every one from across the world is more then welcome to join. We simply look for two aspects in a person;Maturity (16 or older). We don’t mind if members use fowl language, as long as it doesn’t cross the boundaries. Just experience has shown that dealing with individuals 16 years of age is simpler and more of what we are looking for. It’s really the little things.

Friendliness; not the medicated Mary Poppin’s sort. BE YOUR SELF! I can not stress this enough, the entire point of the recruitment process and the wait is to make sure that this is the right community for you and you are the right kind of person for us. Every one just wants to relax and enjoy there time online far away from all the real world problems. We look for members whom would be fun to just come and chat with, play games with, and things of such nature. Again be your self!

Activity, if you have read the back round information on us you should have realized is not the main thing we look for in a member. Every one has there own lives to lead, and no one should be punished for knowing there priorities. You DO NOT have to be on 24/7 to be a member, nor do you have to do so in order to go up in rank. We just ask if you know you will be away for along period of time that you notify us, otherwise a post now or then will do.

Please understand, you do not have to be Top Gun to join us. All you need to do is just join us in events, games, est.

The Dragox community is more concerned with the quality of the member rather than the usual focus on quantity. As such we take pride in our recruitment process and hence it may last longer than typically expected. Once you fill out the DX Recruitment Application form it will be forwarded into the "DX Recruitment Applications" section. As stated on the form, please do not post anything in that post unless otherwise asked for directly by a Council Member. Once a Council Member reviews the application you should see a reply; either (1) notify you that it has been successfully processed or (2) that it requires further information. If (2) then will be notified on what actions are to follow, if (1) then simply stick around and be yourself. That is, once your application has been processed successfully you enter a trial period. During this time we will see how you interact with other members both to make sure we are what you are looking for and you are the type of member we are looking for.

Once a consensus has been reach by either a majority of current members or the Council, your application will be moved to either "Approved Applications" or "Denied Applications". That is hopefully self explanatory. If unfortunately your application has been denied you will see comments as to why, and typically applicants understand and agree with the final result. If however, you do not understand as to why your application was denied you have the right to ask for further elaboration.
