Introduction
DragoX policy’s exists for the benefit of its members and their enjoyment of the games we are apart of. We have individuals of all sexes, races and ages from across the world. To keep if fun for everyone and allow for the progression of the community, we expect a certain level of conduct from our members.
Conduct
You represent the guild and we expect you to uphold our honor in all your in-game actions. You are expected to adhere to the rules set forth in this policy
All members must conduct themselves in the utmost professional and respectful manner. Places include the following: Web site, forums, game servers, voice communication servers, and any other game, division, or guild-related medium of communication.
Since this is an adult community cursing is allowed to the point at which it affects a member directly. If you are asked to stop please do so.
Treat others as you wish to be treated.
Respect you fellow guild members and try to help them as much as possible. We each have our individual character goals, but when possible see what you can do to help out one another.
Activity
We understand that every one has there own lives to live and hence cannot be fully active all the time, and as such we will not hold it towards members who are not as active as others.
We ask that our members visit the forums and/or teamspeak, be active, when ever possible.
If a member is leaving for a line period of time we ask that they notify us so we do not think they have left. If we do not receive such a notification the members account may be frozen if not removed.
Forum
Do not spam
Credit other members if you create a post with other members information or data in it.
Post accordingly, that is please pay attention that you post in the correct/matching board.
If present, follow the posting guide lines for different sections on the forum.
Profile
Signatures can only include at max 2 images; Preferably a signature banner and a user bar
The signature can not total more then 1MB in space.
Signatures may not contain any kind of racial or any kind of offensive material.
Gaming
If we have a community set up and there are no in game factors stopping you form joining we ask that you joining your fellow members.
Try to help them as much as possible. We each have our individual character goals, but when possible see what you can do to help out. Whether this is answering a new player's question or partying with others for an instance run. Perhaps donate an item that may be useful to them or use your profession skill to craft an item needed.
Support the guild as best you can. Attend our instance and raids. Filling out our guild runs keeps the items looted within our guild. This makes us stronger as a whole. Donate items to the guild banks. If you find something or can craft something useful, there's probably a member who needs it. Help organize administrate our activities, etc.

Do not scam, cheat, nor steal; unless intended to do so by the game
Council
The DragoX Council is here to help make every thing more fun and easy.
We normally do not intervene in normal matters, unless asked to by one of the parties.
If a member disobeys a policy intentionally the Council will step in.
Incase of a trial, all relative data will we accepted before deliberation.
In order for some one to be revoked from DragoX, it will only happen if the Council Elder and at least one additional Council Elder agree to the decision.
All trials and out comes will be notified to the general community, but not to the public.
It's as simple as using your common sense. Violation of these rules will result in demotion or dismissal from the guild. Adherence to these rules and loyalty to the guild will be rewarded.
