Security Update: We are secure

Recent Account attempts emails

Before I get started, someone is very jealous of us. For the last three days there have been several account fishers trying to bypass our security, FEAR NOT we are safe. The culprit has most likely been using some kind of proxy’s, ISP’s have been notified. Meanwhile I have added several additional security features for your protection, but forgot to disable auto emails for minor attempts. Hence leading to several emails being sent to members, again FEAR NOT we are all safe. I check the entire log and it was a minor attempt leading to nothing.

Several IP ranges have also been banned to limit further attempts, and additional time outs on logging in limitations. For your security, members will have 2 attempts to login in before having to face a cool down period and additionally an account time out on ALL IP’s. If you are unable to login please email me or use a messenger to notify me to release the IP (current bans should only limit login and site modification not viewing). Thanks again for your patients and cooperation in this matter. AND be reassured there has been no security breach, only attempts.

Sincerely,
RaXavier
